Foods which prevents breast cancer

A healthy diet isn’t a magic medicine for cancer but it is helpful to some extent. Consumption on a regular basis has been linked to lower incidence of breast cancer. The phyto-chemicals in green tea can well take the credit for its health benefits. One to two cups of green tea daily can help you keep cancer at bay.


Flaxseeds are your best anti-cancer nutrition choice. It has a component called lignans, which decreases cancer growth, making it perfect for a breast cancer management diet. Buy flaxseed for yourself using a coffee grinder. Sprinkle the flaxseed on salads.


It is rich in omega3 fatty acid. It’s a smart lean protein source and a great addition to a breast cancer prevention plan.
